Pusri Palembang’s Corporate Social Responsibility program is implemented in accordance with the designated program of the Spirit of Advancement among the company and stakeholders. We believe, our contribution is all we have been dreaming of to work and grow for a sustainable development.

Establishing sustainable business can never be separated from the company’s effort to manage future plans. Optimizing profitability is not our sole priority in running the business operation. The synergy between the company’s performance quality and stakeholders’ development is one of many dreams we must achieve. Human resource, surrounding community and the environment as well as all parties which directly interact with the company’s activities are essential elements we take care about in determining the company’s CSR activities. Harmony, quality improvement, and advancement have become our strong guideline to build our characters in running a sustainable business.

Corporate Social Responsibility is manifested into three forms:

  1. Making good partnership with stakeholders; employees, suppliers, distributors, customers, farmers, as well as the surrounding community and government.
  2. Supervising the community and environmental improvement.
  3. Protecting and preserving corporate business units’ environment.


Pusri’s Corporate Social Responsibility is performed through the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) conducted in two strategic activities, which are the Development Division and the Training Division. At the Development Division, Pusri prioritizes the excellence of Framers and Rice Milling Unit (RMU) that makes a realization of the company’s business core. To optimize more, Pusri always creates new opportunities such founding Framer-Owned Enterprises (BUMP) carried together with Bulog.

At the Training Division, we are striving to improve knowledge and experience of Pusri’s trained partners through training, learning and studying programs. The increased turnover of trained partners has given Pusri a positive image as a trainer company due to its success in making good partnership to small and medium enterprises.
